The restaurant is community-style, with tables seating 10-12 guests. Their goal is similar to ours: To foster connections by seating neighbors from all walks of life together to share family-style wholesome organic meals, good conversation, and a sense of belonging. We both call it Dining With Dignity. The restaurant will operate on Sundays for the first half of the year with the intention of opening for dinner service during the week—eventually!
